Associate Membership
An Associate Member is classified as any person not eligible for active membership, but qualified by training and experience in police or other law enforcement activity, or by other professional attainments in police science or administration shall be eligible for associate membership in the Association.
Any member in good standing may submit a candidate for Associate Membership to the Executive Board for approval. Annual dues shall be the same as provided for Active Members.
Any Associate Member in good standing in the Association for a period of fifteen (15) years, may become eligible for Life Membership upon the recommendation of the Executive Board at any general meeting of the Association. Life Associate Members will not have a vote, nor may they hold office in the Association, Life Associate Members shall not be required to pay due.
